Welcome to our farm. Natures
Ways Farm & Seafood started as a clean pure life style. With hard work, love for our land, animals,
and the water. We are a small farmstead making a variety of goat cheeses including chevre, blue, feta, mozzarrella in the summer
and a few hard cheeses. We believe in quality not quanitity, thus we have stayed small milking 10-12 goats. Our secret ingredient
is LOVE, love for what we do wether it is our animals, making cheese, jam ,or working the water. We have won numerous awards
for our hand made goat cheeses and other products made at our small 3 acre farm near the coast of North Carolina. Our goats
are unstressed happy animals well cared for with pasture and the best quality food. The are treated like part of our family,
all having names. Twice a day they are hand and machine milked by us. When you start with HAPPY animals you get
good milk, and that makes GREAT cheese. My husband Bill has been a commercial fisherman for over 40 years. He loves the water,
over the years he has done many different type of fishing. We are slowing down a bit due to age so he still continues to harvest
local oysters Oct.-March & clams year round. He also gets flounder in season. I also make goat milk soaps, herbal salve,
lip balm, coconut skin cream, honey, homemade jams, some jams are low in natural sugars or made using honey. We also sell Alpine
kids(baby goats) in the spring. We sell our products at the farm in our small store, at local farmers markets, Poplar Grove
on Wed. 8am-1pm April - Oct., Wilmington Riverfront farmers market Sat 8am-1pm April- Nov., Wrightsville Beach farmers market
Mon. 8am-1pm May-labor Day. We also sell some prodocts at Tidal Creek Co-op, Whole Foods. RX & Pembrokes Restaurants
use our goat cheeses and our clams and oysters.
When you start with a good base milk and fresh ingredients
hand crafted award winning cheese just happens.
I started this web site to expand my Mother & Fathers
dedication for good wholesome food. They have had great success at the local farmers markets, and are featured on menu"s
at local high end restaurants.
are still a small operation so that we can give you a high quality product. I would like to dedicate this site to our
son Keith Moller who died to soon and who started this site for us.
